Arzoo will share her perspective on what makes a sucuessful woman in leadership, from her position of facilitating business growth for many women-led small and medium sized businesses in New Zealand. She’ll share what she’s observed about the specific strengths women bring to leadership including: authenticity, taking a heart-based approach, resilience and courage. In addition she’ll outline some common challenges: being comfortable taking a lead, doubting your strengths and overthinking decisions before taking action.
