Extended DISC®
Extended DISC® is an online assessment tool that provides accurate insight into human behaviour for personal and professional development. Extended DISC® profiles offer a wide range of Inter and Intra personal development opportunities.

Social Emotional Intelligence
Social and Emotional Intelligence [S+EI] is a form of intelligence that drives our success in work, life and in our relationships with others.

The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is a highly effective 360 degree profile. It highlights underlining thoughts that are directing our actions as leader and helps us identify our creative competencies and reactive tendencies.
The LCP allows leaders to instantly see what is working, what is not and why. Through the connected coaching sessions you are able to create practical plans to turn your good intent into positive impact for those that you lead.

Strengths Profile™
Developed in 2009, the Strengths Profile™ has been used internationally to help people identify how their strengths interconnect with their energy levels. The Strengths Profile™ separates 60 strengths into four categories:

Realised Strengths - those we use all the time, we are really good at and they give us energy

Unrealised Strengths - those we are really good at, they give us energy but we are currently not using

Learned Behaviours - those we use all the time, we are really good at but we have overused them and now they take our energy away

Weaknesses - those that currently do not come naturally to us and they are taking our energy away.

Your coaching sessions will help you identify which strengths to dial up and which to dial down to bring more enjoyment and energy into your life - both at home and at work.

There are different options of reports available to you:

Expert Profile $285+GST including 2 x 60-minute coaching debriefs on Zoom. This outlines all 60 strengths into the 4 categories and supports you dial up those that give you energy, and dial down those that are taking your energy away.

Leader Profile $360+GST including 2 x 60-minute coaching debriefs. As well as doing the above, the Leader Profile breaks down each strength into strategies for leading yourself, leading others, leading an organisation and hidden risks with these strengths.

Team Profile $270+GST including 1 x 60-minute coaching debrief with your team. This is a Profile that you can add on if your team has completed individual Expert or Leader Profiles. It will collate your strengths as a team as well as give a separate Team Leader Profile to help you lead your team more effectively.
Strong Interest Inventory®
The Strong Interest Inventory assessment is perfect for career guidance and tertiary planning. The Strong assessment is an invaluable tool to help people adapt to lifelong career changes.
The range of general and specific information it extracts about a person’s professional interests can empower them in identifying a rich and fulfilling career. It is used to help students choose their initial direction at university, to help find a first job, and at various stages throughout a career inspiring ideas for professional changes. $250 + gst pp for an individual (includes a 60 minute coaching debrief).

Clifton Strengths™
Clifton Strengths is a psychometric tool measuring cognitive formation and function.
​
Strengths have a potential to transform the way you understand yourself and others. People grow by self-awareness, reflection and a generative application of strengths.
​
Most people are taught to work on their weaknesses — to fix them. But instead, they should be learning how their strengths can overshadow their weaker areas. Being well-rounded doesn’t necessarily lead to higher performance. You can achieve the highest levels of success only when you stop trying to be a little bit good at everything and instead hone what you are naturally best at.
​
In other words: Focus less on being well-rounded and more on becoming better at what you’re already great at.
Prepare Enrich
Prepare/Enrich is a couple assessment completed online that identifies a couple’s strength and growth areas. It is one of the most widely used programmes for marital counselling and education.
