Behavioral Theory: Learn the fundamentals of the DISC model and how it categorises human behavior into four main styles: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Compliance (C).
Extended DISC Tools: Gain proficiency in using the Extended DISC assessment tool, including the administration of surveys and interpretation of the resulting reports.
Client Interaction: Develop skills for conducting feedback sessions with clients, helping them understand their DISC profiles, and providing actionable recommendations
Analytical Skills:
- Data Interpretation: Learn to analyse DISC reports to identify strengths, developmental areas, and potential behavioral adjustments for better performance.
- Customised Solutions: Tailor coaching and development plans based on individual and team DISC profiles to meet specific organisational needs.
