Tim Waite

Based in Taranaki, Tim works across New Zealand with individuals and businesses who are looking for new or different outcomes than they are currently experiencing. Tim has experience across the hospitality, retail and education sectors in a variety of roles as well as the uncertainty and challenges unique to small business owners. This has sparked a life-long interest in why we behave the way we do. This has led to Tim gain accreditation to offer a select suite of globally recognised programs, including Extended DISC profiling, used to support the coaching process.

Tim seeks to understand the underlying beliefs that shape the choices we make. This enables his clients to determine what needs to change and how to get the desired outcome in a way that’s sustainable.
