Nicola Weber

Nicola returned to New Zealand with her family in 2021 after living and working in Australia for the past 11 years. Nicola has worked as a regional manager and a leadership and performance coach, specialising in Emotional Intelligence. Nicola has been employed by not-for-profits, education departments, accountancy firms, early childhood services and women’s safe houses.

Nicola started her business, EQuipped Leadership, in 2018 and provides coaching and training to managers across Australia and New Zealand. Nicola helps women in business, to increase their self-confidence, so they can focus on their career without sacrificing their health and family relationships.

She is trained in facilitating the Social and Emotional Intelligence Profile [SEIP] and Extended DISC®. With a university background in Psychology, Health Sciences and behaviour, Nicola is uniquely equipped to support her coaches to look into their behaviour and work environment to gain confidence, improve communication and influence their teams.
