Christine Mutch

Christine’s worked in Wellington for over 25 years as an organisational development consultant, coach and teacher. She’s been employed by the public sector, law firms, financial services, IT companies, the film sector, secondary schools, factories and not-for-profits.

Christine’s work focuses on the people side of business – qualifying human potential and harnessing it. Her professional focus is helping people and teams who are ‘stuck’ to understand their strengths, development areas and determine their best next steps. In this context, she’s an advocate of using Extended DISC® to deepen their understanding of human behaviour, to boost productivity, build teamwork and improve communication.

In addition to working for Profile Coaching, Christine runs her own career coaching business and mentors secondary and tertiary students – providing them with practical tools, mindsets, encouragement and inspiration to get their career off to a fantastic start.
