The insights gained from Level Two Advanced training will be applicable to all areas of business and personal life.

Attendees must have completed Level 1 training before enrolling in Level 2.

The training comprises five modules designed to address people and productivity challenges impacting performance and profitability. Participants can choose to attend all modules or select those pertinent to their workplace needs.

In this module, we examine the Extended DISC® Recruit and Select assessment and how it can forecast an applicant's performance in the role prior to hiring. You will discover the preferred work environment for each behavioral style and the tasks best suited to their style. We also delve into the Job Template to offer additional insights specific to the role or industry, highlighting the added value it brings to the process.
